Elliptical = ouch!!
Cool just found this gym journal!!
yesterday went to ymca
30 min tread mill
20 min bike
2 min elliptical. yes it hurt!!! gonna do 2 min every time I go till I get stronger.
6 gym machines. 15 reps each. 10-40lbs.
Any opinion on the weights less reps higher weight?? less weight more reps? Please feel free to give any advice.
2 laps in pool. then other pool for 30 min
