***OH MY GOODNESS, I LOST MY MIND THURS - SATURDAY!!! I MISSED MY WORKOUT ON THURSDAY BECAUSE I HAD THE WORST MIGRAINE. PROBABLE FROM THE SUGAR AND LACK OF CAFFEINE. I DID GOOD WITH THE WORKOUTS BUT I NEED TO DO BETTER WITH MY EATING AND MY WATER INTAKE.

WORKOUT #4 (SATURDAY): 3.75 MILE WALK
