O.K. tonight my plan is to get on the exercise bike and ride 10 miles. I hope I can do it - I've only rode 5 miles max in the past!!!

This morning I walked about 2 miles to and from work. Should have pushed myself to go a little faster though. Tomorrow I will.

Exercise Bike - 5 miles (22 minutes)
I almost gave up after 3.5 miles or so but I forced myself to get to 5 miles!!!
Free weights - 25 reps all around
Brisk Walking - ~ 2 miles
General Housework - 30 minutes

You'd likely be better served substantially lowering your reps (while increasing the weight used)

25 reps is simply too high to do much in the way of forcing adaptations.

I would add that you'll have a better workout and burn more fat if you do your lifting BEFORE you get on that exercise bike, instead of after.
