I really need to get going on the workouts! I have been walking a lot. but I need to be more consistant. I did 5 miles day before yesterday, but nothing yesterday.

10 minutes on the elliptical and 20 crunches. stretching

Today:

45 minutes elliptical and stretching

last night: 63 minutes on the elliptical I think I'm betting better because it's not quite so hard.
