Day 1 was in April 2005. I started off doing 20 mins on the treadmill and testing various weight machines. Occasionally use stationary bike. Total time approx. 45 mins. 4x/week.

I have graduated to 45 mins on the treadmill, using 2.0 incline. Still working with various weight machines and free weights. I have not lost any weight in four months of gymming, but feel GREAT and my calves are shrinking. Went to the doc for a physical yesterday and will know results of my blood work next week. I just KNOW my numbers (cholosterol, sugar, etc.) will be good! Doc told me that by looking at my EKG and my heartrate, that I have the heart of an athlete. He has no idea how much those words have boosted my resolve to this WOE and WOL! And, to top it off, he is open minded about my LC way of eating.
