Looking for a thread about Chronic Joint Pain…and here's Nancy again

A new podcast from Aimee Gallo: Hidden causes of Chronic Joint Pain

Use an elimination diet to find Food triggers: e.g. Nightshades, Tomatoes, potatoes, bell peppers; Nuts, may be only 1-2 types, maybe eggs, gluten,
Then check Micronutrient deficiencies. Vitamin D, Omega 3s, Selenium, Zinc, Magnesium. The last three were ones I was deficient in and after Optimising Nutrition joint pain was much better. Though I still get bouts of knee pain..plan to watch my foods more carefully.
