Walking towards my goal....
Today I did 3 miles this morning.. very tired.. very sore... body is just not ready for this kind of drama.. but you know what.. OH WELL... I plan on walking at least 5 days a week, and doing strength training as well.
My first weigh in will be January 5th.. I will not be a slave to the scale, nore will I allow the scale to discourage me from reaching my goal.
This the first entry.. and I am more than sure there will be many more to come.
