Today's workout:
12 sets of 10 squats
12 sets of 10 hyper extensions
12 sets of 10 decline dumbell flys
10 sets of 10 pushups
12 sets of 10 crunches

Cardio:
15 minutes of running

That's horrible! I only did half of what I usually do. I was in a hurry to get done before dark because I was going to plant some things in the garden. I didn't even get to do that! Oh well, I promise to do better tuesday. Or I might do another workout tomorrow because I REALLY didn't feel it this time.

I finished my first workout with my new weights! I still can't believe I have them. Here's my workout:

3 sets of 12 squats, 20 lbs
3 sets of 12 hyper ext.
3 sets of 12 crunches, 10 lbs
3 sets of 10 wheel
3 sets of 12 decline barbell presses, 20 lbs
3 sets of 12 standing dumbell presses, 30 lbs
3 sets of 12 dumbell curls, 20 lbs

After I got into my crunches, I realized I should have added more weight. Oh well, there's always next time.

I decided to do another workout today because the only part of my body that was sore from the other days workout was my legs. So they're the only thing I didn't include in my workout today.

3x10 hyper ext. 10 lbs
3x10 push ups
3x10 barbell press 20 lbs
3x10 dumbell flys 10 lbs
3x10 standing dumbell press
3x10 dumbell curls 20 lbs
3x10 crunches 20 lbs
3x10 wheel

Those crunches still don't feel like they're doing anything. But I can see some results so I guess it's not so bad. But I wish it would burn a little more.
