Day 1 Power Half Hour
Today was abs burner 30 mins - GREAT workout. The moves seem really simple but I was sweating like a pig. That has to be good for me. Anyway after my shower I feel really great. I think I'm going to like this better than TAE bO (It was too hard on my ankles). We'll see.

Goal - To fit into smaller size clothes. To tone my thighs, to lose ANYTHING in my hips To reach my goal weight of 135lbs. SOON
