Yoga and free weights:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Running and yoga/stretch:
Tuesday, Thursday Saturday and Sunday
Ran 1.5 miles this morning (would have ran longer if I had started out earlier)
yoga/stretch 15 minutes
Back on induction for two weeks.
Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs and 6 pieces of bacon
Coffee w/heavy cream
Dinner: Stir fry chicken w/zuccini and onion
lots and lots of water
