Monica's Exercise Log
I figured I should start an exercise log to go along with my journal. So here it is! I'm not really sure what to put in here right now, lol.
I walk on the treadmill everyday and do atleast 2-3 miles, usually at 3mph and an incline of 3.5-4. I don't do it all at once though, because my calf or shin starts hurting. I try to break it up throughout the day though.
Should I be keeping track of the total number of carbs burned or calories or both? Just wondering.
I also use the Wii Fit to get some different workouts and keep track of my weight/bmi. Soon I will have weights to use once it is set up, so I'm excited about that and getting toned!
