Today was my first workout after my first Free Day. I didn't really go overboard on the Free Day, but man did today start out badly. Just a ton of concerns and garbage seemed to be pushing on me, and I felt like maybe I'd skip working out today. I ended up pushing myself to go workout anyways, and it ended up making me feel a bit better. At least it's done and out of the way.

Lower Body Workout
Still no 10s today, but I'd say 9s on the weights and maybe 8 on abs. I'm still getting my ideal weights worked out.
