Exercise is Essential
I know exercise is essential. Maybe if I keep track of it where I can easily reference what I am doing and how I am doing, I'll find the things that work for me. I'm planning to lay out what I am going to do for the week, and record the progress I make, or don't make. I'll keep doing what I am doing when it is working, and change it when it isn't.
And when I get bored, hopefully what I've recorded will remind myself that exercise IS essential.
