Hey Seto, yeah it's pretty good. I use lighter weights for the arms and during a few of the lunges I switch to hip raises on the floor cuz I need to firm my tush! It goes a little fast, I've heard you should wait at least a minute between sets and they only wait like 5 secs. but I guess it's fine. They say "see results in 10 workouts!" This is #4? so we'll see!
Treadmill 40 mins.
