Getting back to cooper
Well I have yet to start this thing so here goes! I joined Balies total fitness. I love the fact that they have child care. HAA no excuses for me! So for today I ran around the house and cleaned the whole thing! lol worked up a good sweat. I have a bench at home and in a bit I am gonna do some presses and curls. My gym schedual will be as follows:
Mon: 10 min eliptical (warm up) arms, abs and back(weight training) 35 min treadmill (cardio)
Tue: Long walk with dog and kid
Wed: 10 min eliptical(warm up) arms, abs, back(weight training) 35 min Treadmill (cardio)
Thurs: Long walk......you all get the picture here
