Monday night I walked another 2 1/2 miles and biked 2 miles. Gosh working out makes me feel so good. I ended up getting a bad blister on the bottom of my foot close to where my toes join my foot. I am gonna take it easy the next few days and start back up on Thursday. I've got a new pair of Nikes so I know its not the shoe's. I think I am walking to hard on the treadmill and my foot is rubbing against my sock. My parents are coming to visit on Thursday so I will have someone to watch the kids while I workout.
