According to the book, calcium will buffer oxalate for that meal. If there isn't too much. I did check the usual sources when I looked at the cocoa facts.

So I was reassured.

But, since trying the new book to see if it helped autoimmune, everything the author has been saying will happen, has. So I'm following the book, and eating in a way that lets my body dump the excess, safely.

I've lost pounds but can't shake all the French fries dipped in ketchup from my past!
