Hopeful's Gym Log
Wanting to start a gym log too to chart my progress.
Thursdays and Fridays are impossible for me to do any kind of workout, as they are the busiest days. But Wednesday I jogged 3 miles and did a few weights...FEW. Just worked my chest, tricepts, inner and outer thighs on the nautilus machines. And boy, do are my thighs sore. But I keep on saying to myself "build, muscles, build!"
