37-48Ford Cruisin' Into Fitness
Even though I purchased a treadmill 01/01/03 and have been doing two 30 min workouts a day since. I joined the local civic center today and met with a trainer who showed me the ropes. I plan to go back tomorrow to help keep me in schedule with
(M-W-F) workouts. I will give more detail hopefully tomorrow when I go back.
My Plan is still to continue the two 30 min workouts on the treadmill (M-F) once a day on weekends, and do the resistant weight training (M-W-F).
Hopefully I will keep posting!
