Monday I did 2 miles on the treadmill in the AM
4 mile walk away the pounds DVD in the PM
This morning I did nothing! I got up and was going to workout but after weighing myself and then seeing 152 AGAIN, I went back to bed. So unmotivated! I'll probably try the Self Bikini Ready DVD tonight.
Well I did do the DVD and boy was it a good workout. I had to stop a couple times but I'm hoping I'll be able to do the whole thing in a couple weeks. It really works out your core and enjoyed working those muscles. I also did 2.2 on the treadmill
