Brand new gym log
Hello!
Ok, I just thought I would do a gym log and make entries that I oculd update every couple fo days. Here is my gym activity for the past three weeks, since I started.
Up at 5:30 a.m, excercise on the eliptical (spelling?) machine for 20 minutes. I initially started at 20 minutes but have been able to increase to 25 mintues this past week, without thinking I would die by the end of the session.
On Tuesdays, saturdays and sundays, I get up whenever I want, then go to the gym to repeat the routine. These are the days I can sleep in. Usually I get tot he gym by 3 p.m the latest.
I usually work out a pretty good sweat when working out, but feel no pain in my legs or anything by the afternoons....is this good? Should I feel my workout the whole day?
Ok, one last thing. I usually skip one day a week, so I can pretend I am not becoming a fanatic about being at the YMCA.
Can someone critique me, or tell me if this is ok?
