All day I was talking myself out of workin' out tonight, but I did it anyway. So, I figure, as I sit here and eat my cracker jacks, I'll post my workout, go shower, study, and sleep so I'm not late like I was yesterday. Have I mentioned how much I hate riding bart all the time. This is the last time this week, YEA!!!!!!!so, here it is:

Goodmornings:
5x25x12........need to increase weights!
Dumbbell pullovers
5x15x12.................maybe increase weights.
Bench dips~ legs raised
