Today basicly was a walking day. I took my two boys to the local lake/pond and I walked it twice, that totaled 4 miles. Then later in evening went to gym and did some things I never really have done, but would like to get them in my program.
Leg Squats: 2 sets of 8 at 165 lbs
Leg Press: 3 sets of 10 at ??? I forgot the weight
Leg ext tried but wasnt comfy w/ the setting of the seat. Will try later
1 mile on threadmill and played some basketball w/ Doughboy.
