I have started doing push ups, 3 sets of ten, sit ups, 2 sets of 10 then as many as I can do on the third set..did 25 last time I did them. I use my 5 and 10lb weights for biceps, lats, deltoids and tricep development and toning. Each day I do these exercises I will log them into my journal. I want to do abs everyday and the arm exercises at least every other day. Once I lose about 10-15 more pounds I will add squats and lunges and leg lifts. I want to buy a weight bench to work on my chest.
I have gone to Curves now 9 times since I joined. Went yesterday.
