Vgal's Workout Regimen
I did a calculation and I spend on average about 25 hours at the gym. It's become like a part time job for me. My trainer says I should become certified and train people. I've certainly got the experience and knowledge behind me, I think I might consider it. I train hard, so it might be worth it for extra $$$ and workout time.
I feel like a slug when I don't do my entire weekly sked, but I'm still trying to get over a damned cold that's been lingering since NYE. No personal trainer this week because of my work hours.
This is what I did thus far:
Monday
Eliptical at level 9 - 20 minutes
Yoga - 60 minutes
Abs
Tuesday
Spinning - 60 minutes
Powerflex - 60 minutes
Wednesday
Pilates - 60 minutes
Basic Step w/ 2 steps - 60 minutes
Abs
Yoga - 60 minutes
On Monday, my yoga practice was on fire! I busted out some poses I hadn't been able to do until then. It was awesome. After all these weeks attempting, I got into two that were quite difficult for me prior. My instructor was impressed.
