45 minutes on the treadmill - 3 miles
20 minutes upper body weights

Fri AM
20 minutes at a spinning class
40 minutes on the treadmill - 2.25 miles
15 minutes on stationary bike - 5 miles
16 minutes on the stepper - 1 miles
