Belle's fun in the gym, May 28th
Wow, I was at work tonight and I felt incredibly energetic. I always feel energetic when I work out earlier in the day. I got up at 6 with my b/f, got him off to work, didn't bother taking a shower, I knew I would need one later anyway. I went down to the workout room in our apts and had some fun. I did 10 minutes on the stairmaster, walked 5 minutes on the treadmill, ran 5 minutes on the treadmill (which I have never been able to do!), and lifted some weights. I want to get toned, not superwoman bodylifter, so I used light weights. I plan on going back tomorrow or Thurseday, when my workout clothes are clean. Now I only wish that I had a program for my abs, which is the area where I really need the work. I already have super legs, just some small work needs to be done on them. Anyway, happy working out!
