10 shallow squats
10 calf raises

V-stretch and to each side
standing leg stretch

50 crunches

Hmmmm...I'm wondering if I'm well enought to start back with the exercise? I had a relapse of the groin injury and the elbow....<sigh> Will I ever get well?

100 crunches
1 "hundred" (pilates)
5 roll backs(havve no idea what this is really called)
5 each side rolling part way back and turning to the sides

trying the ideas of torso work since I have a bum knee and elbow

I finally started the joint supplements today...Derrrrrrrrr

18 minutes basic moves belly dance
stretching and downward dog

back(upper) is killing me the past few days
