Disaster struck on Tuesday morning when my power adapter for my laptop wasn't working!! I've since ordered a replacement from the States, and I've been relying on good ol' 20MAS to get me through this week.
Week 4 Day 2, Tuesday - 20MAS
Week 4 Day 3, Wednesday - 20MAS, isometric exercises (2 sets)
Week 4 Day 4, Thursday - 20MAS
Week 4 Day 5, Friday - 20MAS
Week 4 Day 6, Saturday - 1/2 20MAS session, isometric exercises (2 sets)
