Week 2 is in full swing - it began on Sunday for me. Two workouts so far:

Sunday - 2 Mile WATP, isometric exercises
Monday - 3 Mile WATP

Thursday's workout - 1/2 mile WATP
-yep only half a mile. Oh well - something right?

Saturday's workout - 20MAS on the hotel treadmill.

I'm going to try and gather up some strength to do a workout tonight...

My sister came downstairs for a chat, and before you know it, workout was prematurely over. Perhaps I'll fit in the rest of the isometric exercises later.

Time to update the gym log! Despite my neglect in posting, I have managed to keep up with six workouts a week - even with all that travelling and jet lag! I must admit that workouts weren't always completely intense, but they were all I could muster.

Week 3 Day 3 - OFF (This was the day I landed at Heathrow and took trains and buses all the way back to Devon...)
Week 3 Day 4 - 1 mile WATP
Week 3 Day 5 - 1 mile WATP
Week 3 Day 6 - 2 mile WATP
Week 3 Day 7 - 1 mile WATP

Lots of 1 milers there. Better than nothing though - right?

Disaster struck on Tuesday morning when my power adapter for my laptop wasn't working!! I've since ordered a replacement from the States, and I've been relying on good ol' 20MAS to get me through this week.

Week 4 Day 2, Tuesday - 20MAS
Week 4 Day 3, Wednesday - 20MAS, isometric exercises (2 sets)
Week 4 Day 4, Thursday - 20MAS
Week 4 Day 5, Friday - 20MAS
Week 4 Day 6, Saturday - 1/2 20MAS session, isometric exercises (2 sets)

I have today off.
