getting back to posting in the gym log
Okay, I'm going to try and post here more often, to be honest I've just been forgetting...
Yesterday I did :
3 sets of Ab crunches lower & upper Phew!!!
3 sets of obliques
3 sets of butt lifts ( will I ever see it uplifted again)
3 sets of tri-ceps
3 sets of bi-ceps
Walked for 20 minutes ( I have to admit we walked all uphill so it was much easier coming down LOL ) pant pant
I'm going to try walking every other day, but man oh man it's hot out there
Okay that's it for now....
