Back to the Basics
Since I started a journal I thought I might as well start an exercise log as well. For anyone who reads this I am no exercise pro (as you can tell) and I might be off on what certain exercises are called, so pardon the wording
Well here goes;
Since I have two little ones at home I do my exercises throughout the day, sparadically.
Wednesday
Cardio: 25 min Tae-Bo
Free Weights:
7lbs shoulder lifts (5 sets, 12 reps)
7lbs dumbbell curls (5 sets, 15 reps)
Semi-Pushups x100
