Well long time no speak Mr. Gym Log,
I have been neglecting you as well as my fitness.....but not anymore...I am back on track and it feels great!! This morning I did my weight training and on the treadmill for only 30 min....I varied the speeds a few times as I did before....but since I haven't been doing as much of the fitness I got tired....faster than usual.
Don't you worry I will have myself back up to speed in no time....started the exercise ball as well. I am going to go back on the treadmill after supper to get my stamina back up.
