On Sunday, I did my Leslie Sansone 4 mile walking tape. Everytime I do this tape it is so inspiring that I don't feel tired until later in the evening. I love it!
Yesterday, I went to sleep early, so that I could get up early today and do my Leslie Sansone 2 mile walking tape. It was a disaster, I got up early but for some reason I could barely do the tape. I don't know if I was just overly tired from Sunday or what. It's the same tape that I do everyday but today, I just couldn't get into the groove. I was thinking about not doing it at all, since I didn't have any energy. I just walked if there was a part that I just couldn't do. Now I'm reconsidering if I should do my weight training in the morning and do my aerobics at night? I'll try it tomorrow and see if it works better. I just know that I have to add weight training, so that I can build muscle, tone up and lose more fat!!!!!
