It's been a while since i used this journal. I need to start keeping better track of what I'm doing now-a-days.
Well, to start on Wed & Thurs I did Tae Bo and today I took a mile and a half walk around a lake. So I'm trying to get in some exercise. It's hard, for some reason I just can't force myself to just do it. In school I exercised every day, aerobics, weight training etc.. Now I hate it and can't stand to do it. I've been trying to change my way of thinking though and I tell myself I need to. I have no choice.
