Okay so I am back with a vengence!!
I joined the gym and got a personal trainer. Today was the first session and I am in pain..lol
We tried a few machines and i did some sets, it is a 9 machine total body circuit, and today we did the the shoulders,back and legs. So at home i did my arms and more thigh work.
cardio was the incline and the eliptical for 10 mins each.
25 upper abs crunches
20 lower ab
15 each obliques
today was a good day... good burn... whoo hoo
