It's been a long while since I've logged workouts here. Hmm, what have I been doing for the past 5 years??
I've had a couple gym memberships. After my divorce I joined an all women's bootcamp for about a yr & 1/2, loved it. I joined Orangetheory, was awesome...intense workout! Now I have a membership at Planet Fitness, I enjoy going there and really like the hydro massage bed & massage chairs. Nice treat after working out.
So...I'm going to Vegas for a cousin's wedding on March 9th. I need to step up my game to look decent in my dress. I think I'm going to start Jillian's 30 Shred again and get to the gym when I can.
Today:
35 mins treadmill
2 sets of 25 pushups
Glute exercises
