July 19th treadmill at the gym - I did input a weight for the special treadmill at the gym and it was 172 . I did not walk that fast for fear I would damage my right knee.

Walking an hour is great but I had planned to do my x bike when I came home but that never happened. I am still proud of my working out daily! That is my new thing
Tomorrow i will work out at home on my x bike
And aim for 78 minutes or until I burn 500-650 calories!
