Default Exercise may help you store fat better, new research suggests

It makes sense. They are even admitting, now, that exercise will not get one to lose any weight.

But I discovered, as my energy and sense of well being returned, that I wanted to go for walks and sign up for swimming.

For one thing, exercise is how our lymphatic system works.
