To add to JEY, bones are a multi mineral structure. Calcium and phosphorus are the main ones, with minor ones. Along with bone building vitamins, like K2, and others.
Calcium seems to be easy to get in the diet especially if dairy is regular ly consumed. The lesser building blocks need the attention. Worth taking a deep dive into bone development. Especially as not all foods are source of absorbable minerals.
Have a look at bone broth as an option for the minerals. Vitamins are still needed to make these minerals into bone.
