I Count Too So I Work Out
Just starting my gym journal.
Have joined the TDC 8 week challenge. This is week one for me. 1/26/04.
I'm going to the gym 3 times a week and out of the house every day for at least 30 minutes plus I'm going to drink all my water every day.
Today, I did a 1 hour water-walking class and then added an addition 1/2 mile water walk - which equals 2.5 miles on land.
Took measurments today too. Will post tonight.
