After numerous attempts to start low carbing again, (I broke my elbow after losing 10# back in Dec 2018,) it always comes back to my teeth. They've gone very bad despite taking fairly good care of them due to the inflammation and chaos from type 2 diabetes, gallbladder removal and menopause coming together like a train wreck. This thread has given me new hope! Thank you to all those who contributed such fantastic ideas! This may actually help me. (I love this forum, much better than the "keto" groups on Facebook!)
