Thank you for posting in my gym log, galatia! Wow...I must say your physique is absolutely amazing!!
My boyfriend (and our failing relationship) on the other hand, is causing me to put my frutrations and hurt into transforming myself physically and mentally. I booked a session with a trainer on Sunday so I'll be getting some professional weight training advice.
Yesterday - May 9th
Cardio
Elliptical (favourite machine, can you tell?!)
60 minutes - 900 calories
Abs
200x regular crunches
50x oblique crunches (per side)
30 lower ab raises (gotta work up to 50)
Will post workout later today. I'm emotionally and physically exhausted as I've had 6 hours of sleep in the past 2 days.
