Wow, it's been a while since I posted here. I never did join Bally's. I couldn't see spending that money to join just to use the eliptical trainer. I actually gave up on everything for a while and ended up gaining 15 lbs. So, now I've joined a weight loss center and I bought The Firm Scultping System. I have a love/hate relationship with this system. I love how it works, just hate having to force myself to do it. It's an awsome system. All of The Firm workouts, past and present are awesome. So, I've done my 5th workout so far and I hope to keep up with it. I've even added walking. My plan is to the do the Firm on Mon, Wed & Fri and walk a mile on Tues, Thurs & Sat. Sunday will be rest day. Hopefully, I'll keep telling myself just to do it. I know the first time I don't do it, that's it and it's over.
