Helloooooooo Gym Log.
Have been working out but, haven't recorded my workouts.. I've been doing both anaerobic and aerobic workouts...have done lots of pushups..ab work...stationary bike (45mins- mornings)..did biceps yesterday night and am quite impressed..I think next lifting w/o I will increase weight.
Just been trying to lay off a bit on the leg work. I've got slight back pains..mostly due to back probs. I had in the past.(epidurals I had for my last two pregnancies).
WORKOUT 2
abs 3 minutes
LEGS
Barbell squat - (70lbs) 3 sets of 14-12-12
Barbell Straight leg Deadlift (90lbs) 3 sets of 12-12-12
Seated leg extensions (45lb) 3 sets of 15-15-15
SHOULDERS & TRICEPS
Upright rows 3 sets (50lbs) of 9-8-7
Arnies- 3 sets (35lbs) 3 sets of 6-5-4
Overhead tricep extensions (35lb DB) 3 sets of 8-4-4
Threw in some
Bicep curls w/50lb bar - 3 sets of 10-8-7
