Thumbs up Still okay....

I am still getting exercise most everyday. Today I didn't do anything due to the fact my allergies were acting up, no doubt due to the fact of eating wrong.

On some days I do both aerobics and walk my son to and from school twice....other days only the school trip happens---but it's still exercise.

I really am noticing positive changes in my body and my fears of being left with a saggy baggy body after losing weight is fading as I see things returning to their normal spots (in most cases).

I can do this, I want to do this and I will succeed in Jesus name!!!

Thumbs up Sticking with it.

Feeling and seeing changes that encourage me.

Beginning to notice body parts that bother me that never did....deposits of fat (wrong place of it) that couldn't be noticed before due to my size. This is thrilling because I can actually see my "real" body immerging beneath the fat for once in my life!!!

Unhappy Fatigue and Poor choices....

These two items have gotten the best of me over the past two weeks.

I haven't stuck with my "bedtime" and end up too tired to exercise.

That, along with the coming and onset of TOM I was thrown off of the aerobics routine. I have stuck with the walking if 2.4 miles a day at least 3 and sometimes 4 or 5 times a week.

Last month I noticed waking the week prior to TOM was extremely difficult.

I feel so good when I complete the other exercise so I do desire to return.

My eating and exercise generally go wacko the week prior to and duringTOM.

Glad I realize it, I know it won't last forever and I can get back into it in a couple of days with fiery.

Unhappy Exercise lull.....

Well, here I am in a lull. I think it will change.

As the the post stated I was struggling with sticking to a schedule and only doing the walking to my sons school and back two times a day.

Well, dh went on "vacation" and we visited family. So, in essence no exercise for about 2 weeks. Dh has taken my son to school and just sat around at the family's houses.

Today was my first day walking the miles and I ended up falling. Not good. My son was jumping and threw me off balance. This is a bad thing for me with the neuromuscular disease I am fighting.

I hurt my knee bad and want it to recover quickly. I will still walk the miles to drop my son but will hold off on aerobics until it feels better.
