cuz it jiggles when I wiggle...
Ok, time to keep track of my activites....
what I am doing right now is WATP. I started in the beginning of the year and try to do it atleast 4x a week. I am still on the 1 mile walk, but see myself making it 2 the 2 mile walk within a few weeks. Have added in 2 pound weights also.
I will report here each day that I complete, along with any other programs I may start. Hopefully this will help me to track things and get me off to a good start!!
so today.... I walked away the pounds!
