Thanks, Nancy. I started one under this subforum. I've been LC-ing for 3-4 months now. I started in late January, I think. I've lost weight and hover toward continued loss, I've lost about 2 pounds, though I fluctuate, in the past month. I think it might be something I'm eating. I put more information about my cheat eating in the new thread. My problem is my TG went *up* ... they should have gone down. I did also leave out over there that when I eat at home/buffet I deliberately load up on fat and try to hit the ratios in my profile. I will eat like 6 pieces of bacon with two eggs topped with cheese...I cook the eggs in the bacon grease and then sometimes mix a small amount of coconut milk with 3/4 cup of cream and drink between meals. I easily consume a quart of heavy cream each week. Maybe 1.5 ... anyway ... it may turn out this is the problem!
