8/13: Did Walk/Jog for the first time. Another Sansone but it is walking/jogging intervals. It squeeze 2.5 miles worth into a 2mi time slot. Vigorous but not as bad as I expected.
8/14: W/S, alternating 2/3lb
8/15-17: walked, jogged, soccered, shot hoops, hiked, and biked. Highest steps were over 18,000.
This week:
Monday: 8/19:W&K, 2lb weights + challenge
Tues: WS, w/ 2/3lb +challenge
Wed: Walk/Jog (added 2lb weights) +challenge + 7min Scientific Workout
Thurs: challenge + 7min Scientific
