45 minute power impact cardio class and about 20 minutes weight training. *phew*

30 minutes weight training and 30 minutes cardio on treadmill (finished off at nearly 2 miles walked).

Did weight training for about 20 minutes and 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill.
