Hi Bec,
I've been keeping up w/your regular journal and thought I would pop in and see how the fitness routine is going. It looks like you are doing GREAT! Keep up the good work!
BTW, When I was doing BFL I used my treadmill and really liked it. It was very easy to keep track of the intervals and push myself on the 9s and 10s. I also used a headset with my own pre-programmed music (RIO600). The 20' would just fly and no one in my house would be disturbed, especially good for those early am workouts!
